The Utah Division
of Substance Abuse and Mental Health is the State agency responsible for
ensuring that prevention and treatment services for substance abuse and mental
health are available statewide. If you, a friend, or family member is
struggling with a mental health problem or a problem with alcohol, tobacco, or
